• Roger L. Weston
  Chairman

  Mr. Weston brings to iCONN Systems 40 years of investment, strategic planning, commercial banking and general management experience, the last 26 years as Chairman of a $1.2 billion, Chicago-based bank holding company. Mr. Weston earned his B.S. degree in economics from Mac Murray College and his M.B.A. from Washington University.

• R. Mark Baker
  Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary

  Mr. Baker brings to iCONN Systems over 20 years experience in management accounting and finance. Mr. Baker earned his B.S. degree in Accounting from Hillsdale College and his M.B.A. from Eastern Michigan University.

• Robert Smith
  Vice President of Operations

  Mr. Smith brings to iCONN Systems over 15 years of experience in Operations Management. From 1994 – 2006, Mr. Smith worked in the connector industry for Conxall Corporation, most recently as Director of Operations. Mr. Smith earned his B.S. degree in Operations Management / Information Systems from Northern Illinois University and his M.B.A. from DePaul University.

• Rich Regole
  President/CEO

  Mr. Regole brings to iCONN Systems over 20 years of experience in General Management, including all disciplines and responsibilities. From 1991 - 2000 Mr. Regole was the Chief Operating Officer for Conxall Corporation. Mr. Regole earned his B.S.I.E. degree from Roosevelt University and his M.B.A. from Keller Graduate School.

• Kerry Nelson
  Vice President of Sales & Marketing

  Mr. Nelson brings to iCONN Systems over 30 years of Sales and Marketing experience, 28 of them within the connector industry, including ten years with Conxall Corporation, eleven years with The Pyle-National Company and four years with Cinch Connectors. Mr. Nelson earned his B.A. degree from Northeastern Illinois University.

• Tony Czyz
  Vice President of Engineering

  Mr. Czyz brings to iCONN Systems over 28 years of Engineering and Product Development experience, 17 of them within the connector industry at The Pyle-National Company. In addition, Mr. Czyz spent 3 years with Otto Engineering and 8 years with the automotive group of Cooper Bussmann. Mr. Czyz earned his B.S. degree from Illinois Institute of Technology.
