Applications for Molded Cable Assemblies

We produce molded assemblies for a variety of industrial and consumer electronics applications. Specific applications typically include service disconnect, portable equipment interconnect, and power disconnect. These products are often used in severe, rugged environments.

Variations

iCONN manufacturers molded assemblies in many varieties including:

  • Single Eneded - blunt cut, removal of jacketing, strip and tinning of conductor(s); board level connector or terminals (ring, spade or quick connect)
  • Single or double ended, multiple legs and "T" assemblies
  • Straight and right angle overmold - using PVC, PUR, Polypropylene resins; black standard, colors upon request
  • Cable Construction - standard cable jacketing using PVC or PUR; shielded (foil and or braid) or power; various conductor insulation available

Design Process

iCONN will redesign an existing product or create a new design providing solutions that are reverse compatible or proprietary to each customer application. All engineered solutions provide enhanced product performance while providing a cost effective alternative. We employ a “customer first” process as follows:
