The iMINI A series is built using glass-filled PET/PBT materials, valued for their dimensional stability and mechanical strength in compact connector designs. A neoprene mounting gasket and silicone O-ring support the connector’s sealing structure, while CU-alloy contacts with gold-over-nickel plating help maintain clean, conductive contact surfaces over time.
Multiple Contact Size Options: Available with up to eight #20 contacts or five #16 contacts, supporting different wiring needs and circuit layouts within a compact connector design.
Temperature Compatibility: Designed for continuous operation between 80 °C and 105 °C, depending on cable and overmold material selection.
Closed-Entry Female Inserts: Female inserts use a closed-entry design that helps guide proper mating and supports alignment during connector engagement.
Color-Coded Options: Coupling rings are available in multiple colors to assist with identification in assemblies that use several connector variations.
