Connector Materials and Build Quality

The iSENSOR i8 Series of connectors are constructed from glass-filled PBT, offering strength and stability suitable for demanding environments. Silicone o-rings and neoprene, PVC, or Buna mounting gaskets create a tight seal and secure installation, along with resistance to abrasion, oils, and environmental exposure. Gold-over-nickel plated CU-alloy contacts help maintain consistent electrical conductivity. Nickel-plated brass or stainless steel jam nuts (i8 Threaded only) and panel mount housings (Threaded and Snap Lock) and  resist corrosion.
